St. Lewina, Virgin-Martyr, of England

St. Lewina was a Briton and virgin-martyr who was killed for her Christian faith by the invading Saxons in the fifth century.
In 1058, her relics were translated from Seaford, in Sussex, England, to St. Winnoc’s Abbey Church in Flanders, Belgium. Her relics have been venerated and her relics have produced numerous miracles.
