Following the OT readings in the Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts, we sing this Refrain following each of the verses: "Let my prayer arise in thy sight as incense . . . ."  In the Russian tradition, the choir sings the Refrain and the verses, without the Glory/Both now, as it is sung here by the St. John the Divine Choir from the Diocese of Los Angeles & friends.
