These two hymns are taken from the Resurrection Service (pink music book), with slight modification of the 2nd hymn.  They are sung as the priest comes out with the lighted candle, and the people receive the light and process outside.  "Come ye, take light from the Light . . . To Thy Resurrection, O Christ our Savior . . . ."
